In her first year at Halfdays, Brenna grew revenue by 10x, by optimizing merchandising and refining fit. At Joylab, distributed at 1150 Target doors nationwide, Brenna drove a +31% leap in annual revenue to $105m, by elevating product design and repositioning the brand in a higher-value prop, fashion-active lens.
